Cintas Corp. expands to Middletown with new distribution center

Middletown's economic development efforts got a major boost with the recent announcement that one of southwest Ohio's largest public companies would be opening a massive facility in the city.
In November, I broke the news that Cintas Corp. — a corporate uniform and service company based in Mason — signed a 10-year lease for 255,000 square feet at the 75 Logistics Center in Middletown. The deal represented a big win for the city, as it will bring new jobs and tax revenue to Middletown while filling a large amount of space at a recently completed spec building along the Interstate 75 corridor.
Cintas is the first tenant to sign a lease in the building, which was completed in May 2019.
