The City of Middletown Economic Development Department releases two Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) on several City owned properties

The City of Middletown is excited to present to potential partners an opportunity to facilitate the redevelopment of several city-owned properties in or near our downtown and along Central Ave. These City owned properties are in two different Request for Qualifications (RFQs). The RFQs are for the following areas:

The Downtown RFQ includes the following:

1. 1027 Manchester Ave, formerly the Manchester Inn
2. 101 North Main Street, formerly the Snyder Building
3. 2 North Main Street, formerly a First National Bank building
4. 39 North Broad Street, known as the Swallens Lot
5. 436 & 437 North Broad Street, known collectively as the Smith Park lots

The Central Ave area RFQ includes the following:

1. 2402 Central Ave, former Lincoln School site

2. 2701 Central Ave, former Roosevelt School site
